HR1242 is a House Bill Donald Trump signed into legislation commemorating 400 years of African American achievements in the United States.  This is the same 400 years that Gen. 15:13-14/Acts 7:6-7 which says, "13Then the LORD said to Abram, “Know for certain that your descendants will be strangers in a land that is not their own; they will be enslaved and mistreated four hundred years. 14But I will judge the nation they serve as slaves, and afterward they will depart with great substance. God's people are still in captivity according to scripture.
